What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an item that is an item that is not ready to be shipped yet. When you purchase a pre-order item this means that you have agreed that you will receive the item but with a longer wait time.

The two different types of pre-orders

My items are half handmade and half manufactured. This means there will be two different wait times.

Handmade items will usually only take two - three weeks to be shipped. This is due to only needed to order my supplies within the UK. These items include:

• Apparel
• Tote Bags
• Earrings
• Deco den Customs
• Badges

The manufactured items are ordered from outside the UK so these items can take up to 1-2 months to arrive. These items include:

• Acrylic Keychains
• Lanyards

What to consider?

When ordering your item be prepared to wait, we wouldn't recommend ordering for a certain occasion in the chance it will not arrive in time unless you plan well in advance.
