Where are we based?

We are in a small town in the United Kingdom.

Where can you ship to?

Currently due to GPSR and import customs we are only shipping within the UK. However we are more then keen to ship worldwide in the future.

Shipping Times?

Due to the change in Royal Mail they only ship items twice a week with second class shipping therefore items can take a week to arrive after posting. However with smaller paper items we ship first class so items should arrive within 1-2 days not including weekends or bank holidays.

Note: There is a 3-4 day processing time for items to be shipped which is not included in shipping times. This does not apply to pre-order items. For more information on pre-order items please refer to our pre-order faq page.

Refunds and Returns

If your unhappy with your item we can issue you a refund for the item within 30 days. To do this you must contact us on our message centre or my instagram @lxve_gxre_art and the item must be returned to us within those days before we can refund the items. We cannot refund or cover postage costs however. The item returned but be in the original state it was sent in for us to refund it.

The only time we can do a full refund is when we are unable to complete an order.

If you have bought apparel from us and you would like to swap for a different size you can contact us for a return and we can send you the different size. Please note that we will not cover shipping costs and you will be charged for shipping the new item to you as we are a small business we cannot afford the loss we would make for sending it for free.

Cancellations

You can only cancel an order before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped but must contact us for a return referenced above.

Discounted items

Discounted items may be stock we a discontinuing or items that have small flaws/B grade. I.E A print being slightly off centre. These 'flawed' items will be marked within the description. When purchased a B grade item you acknowledge the items is imperfect and therefore will not receive a full refund.
